Tamales being our specialty, we will custom make any kind of tamale not on our extensive menu. Our tasty ingredients are grown locally at Canby Asparagus Farm or Winters Farm in Corbett. Because we prefer the all natural method of food preparation, all of our dishes and ingredients are gluten-free, with no MSG and no preservatives. For an additional charge, any of our tamales can be prepared using only organic ingredients.
